Who it’s for

Who this is for

Products that take too long to explain

Sales calls can open with 10 minutes of setup, or visitors who leave without knowing what you sell. A 30-second explainer solves the problem.

Companies launching or rebranding

A funding announcement, a new product, a new name, an opening. A film gives the announcement life.

Brands running paid media

Social, pre-roll, and TV and CTV campaigns that need new creative on a schedule. We make the spots and cut them for each placement.

In-house teams making video every week

A motion system gives the team logo animation, transitions, and type rules to work from.

What we make

What we make

01

Explainer videos

30 to 90 seconds, usually for software. The script starts from the problem your customer has and works inward to the product.

02

Brand films

60 to 120 seconds, introducing a company or a rebrand. It covers what you do and who it’s for.

03

Launch videos

Funding announcement, a product release, an opening, etc. all get a bump of firepower with video.

04

Ads and campaign motion

Social ads, YouTube pre-roll, and TV and CTV spots, with the cutdowns, vertical versions, and variants a campaign needs.

05

Brand motion systems

Logo animation, transitions, and the rules for how the identity moves. For in-house teams making video every week, and for websites.

06

Sound design and music

Sound design and mix on every piece, with an original score or licensed music depending on budget and scope. Voiceover when the script calls for one.

Purchaser

Explainer video

Sound design

Procurement software for industrial buyers. Pitching took more than 10 minutes before a prospect understood the product. We made one 30-second explainer that runs on the website, in outreach, in ads, and on social.

Campaign motion

Sound design

A personal health and lifestyle brand. We've been their partner in several launches, where their audience resonated most with a quality, premium launch video.

“They figure out what we actually need, not just what we ask for. And the results speak for themselves.”

07

The process

How a video gets made

A 30-second explainer runs three to five weeks from brief to delivery. A 60 to 90 second film runs five to eight.

01

Brief and script

Week 1

What the video has to do, who it’s for, and the one thing a viewer should remember. We draft the script from your material and iterate on it with you.

03

Styleframes

Week 2

Fully designed still frames to align on the scenes and sequencing, approved before anything animates.

04

Animation

Weeks 3 to 4

Where the movie magic happens. About two weeks for a 30-second piece, longer for a film.

05

Sound and mix

Weeks 4 to 5

Effects, music, voiceover if the script has one, then the final mix. You hear it against picture before we lock.

06

Delivery

End of the schedule

Masters, cutdowns, captions, and source files when they’re in the scope, handed over in your name, with no lock-in.

Sound

If you have a licensed track or a sound identity, we work with it.

FAQ

Questions people ask about explainer videos

How much does an explainer video cost?
A 30-second explainer starts at $6,000. A 60 to 90 second brand or launch film starts at $10,000. Campaign and social motion runs on a retainer from $3,000 a month. Length, custom illustration or 3D, voiceover, music licensing, and the number of formats move the number.
Most explainers land between 30 and 90 seconds. Thirty seconds is usually enough for one product doing one job, and it fits an ad or a cold email. Past 90 seconds the piece becomes a brand film. If the script runs long, we cut the script before adding runtime.
A brand film is a 60 to 120 second piece that introduces a company, usually around a rebrand, a funding round, or an opening. It covers what you do, who it’s for, and how it feels to work with you. An explainer answers what the product does.
Three to five weeks for a 30-second explainer, five to eight for a 60 to 90 second film. About half of that is script, storyboard, and styleframes, before any animation starts. The schedule holds when feedback comes back consolidated. Compressed schedules get quoted separately.
Yes. We draft it, and you bring the substance about the product, the customer, and what you can claim. Most clients send notes, a deck, and a recording of a sales call. If you have a script already, we storyboard it and flag the lines that are hard to show on screen.
We do it, and it’s included. Sound design and mix are scoped from the storyboard stage, and the cut and the audio get built together. Music is an original score or a licensed track, depending on budget and scope. Voiceover is included when the script calls for one, and we cast and direct it.
You get a 16:9 master, 9:16 and 1:1 versions, a captions file, and cutdowns when ads are in the scope. Yes, you can run it in paid media and on social. The music and voiceover licenses are scoped around your uses, including paid social.
It helps, but no. If you have a logo, type, and color, we animate inside that system. If you don’t, the styleframes set the look. We also do brand and site work, and a launch film is often made alongside a new identity, as it was for Broken Spanish Comedor.
